Irish landscape photographer Patrick Donald has been photographing the landscapes of Ireland around the 32 counties of the Emerald Isle since 1996. Over the years he has taken many iconic scenes of the stunning scenery to be be found on this enchanting island. Many of the images create a new perspective of well known and travelled areas around Ireland and others reveal the magical beauty of undiscovered parts of Ireland. Many of the pictures of Irish landscapes that Patrick makes are taken along the Wild Atlantic Way which is a now famous coastal road in Ireland that covers 2500km along the west coast.
Outdoor photography has always been a passion of mine and landscape photography suits my style of work well as it very much about the beauty that can be discovered here. The diversity of landscapes that are found in Ireland lends themselves to landscape pictures that are worthy of framing and hanging to remind people of the good times spent on the Island that is beautiful Ireland.BROWSE COLLECTION
