Open Prints (Framed & Unframed):
The Open Prints that are available on this website are printed by the Patrick Donald Estate and are produced in Kilkenny where his studio and framing rooms are located. They are printed on They are printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag paper using high quality giclee technologies which result in clear, well exposed and archivally stable prints. Using only the best pigmented Epson K3 inks on the market and through professional printers we deliver reliable and long lasting results. They are finished by stamping with the Patrick Donald Photography Giclée Series embosser onto the white border of the same paper as the image is printed. Unframed includes the place name under the image and the stamp and the photographers signature.
Acrylic Finish
The acrylics are a contemporary way of the artist displaying their works, resulting in impressive clean lines and the image which goes right to the edge and very realistically pops beautifully through the face mounted acrylic which is sandwiched against the high quality print. Finished using a diamond polisher around the edge to complete the piece.
